Cooking Lesson in the Roman Countryside Explore the amenities of the Roman countryside and learn how to prepare a typical Italian lunch. Visit a farm or a food country market. BLACKOUT DATES: WHERE: Live a gourmet experience far from the beaten path! A car will pick you up from our meeting point and will take you to the ancient village of Mazzano Romano, where you will make your way to a lavish garden and farm abounding with fresh vegetables, spices, and eggs. There, you will pick all of the ingredients necessary to create the menu you’ll be preparing in a cooking lesson. Don’t wear your best shoes! The Chef, who will guide you through the lesson, will show you step by step how to prepare each menu item, using methods that you will surely be able to duplicate once you return home. From appetizers to the first course, second course, and dessert, the Chef will teach you the preparations of a delightful, traditional Italian meal. Relax and enjoy the nature before being taken back to your hotel in Rome. |

Clase de Cocina en la campiña Romana Descubre la campiña romana. Visita una huerta o un mercado típico y aprende a hacer la tradicional pasta italiana. NO OPERA: DONDE: Vive un día sumergido en la naturaleza y en los sabores de Italia, lejos de la muchedumbre de la ciudad. Un coche los esperará al punto de encuentro y de allí iniciará la gran aventura. Los llevaremos a una antigua aldea, llamada Mazzano. Llegados a Mazzano, vamos directamente a la huerta, en la cual podrán sentir la frescura de las especias y las verduras. Escogeremos todo que necesitamos utilizar para luego continuar con nuestra lección de cocina, les aconsejamos de evitar llevar sus mejores zapatos, dado que también usted tendrá la posibilidad de recoger los huevos en la granja. Nuestro “chef” dedicara su tiempo, explicando clara y lentamente a fondo el arte de cocinar, cómo aprender a hacerlo bien. Con sus fabulosas explicaciones el jefe de cocina les enseñará cosas que no se olvidara nunca y se las llevara con usted a casa: Desde entradas, primer plato,segundo y por supuesto el postre que no puede faltar. Después de la lección de cocina, es hora de sentarse a comer. Finalizada esta excursión los llevaremos de regreso al hotel en Roma. |
