DAY 2 - ROME

Your flight is landing and you are about to start your magic week. A fast check-out procedure will bring you outside the customs area where you will be met by your driver.
Rome is just a 40 minute drive from the airport and the staff at your hotel are ready to welcome you for your check in.
Time to relax after your long flight.

Tonight have a dinner in Trastevere, historical neighborhood picturesque and lively.
After dinner start a night tour of the city (Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Piazza del Popolo, St.Peter's Square), this is a perfect way to introduce the city to you.

Your first wake up in Italy will start with a hearty breakfast. Your driver  is waiting for you and you are about to begin what is probably the most amazing day of your tour:

visit of the Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's church usually these sites are very crowded therefore we have organized a special out-of-hours visit for you, one hour before official opening time, in order for you to fully enjoy the visit with your local guide.

After lunch we drive you to the shopping quarter of Rome around THE SPANISH STEPS where you can enjoy some free time on your own and maybe take a short stroll to see the TREVI FOUNTAIN until your driver will take you back home.  Special dinner tonight in one of our favorite local restaurants. 

We have an early wake today up for our first driving day of the tour.
We are heading south to reach one of the most beautiful parts of this amazing country.
A pleasant and smooth 3 hrs drive before we stop in POMPEII, the ancient roman town buried under tons of ash during one of the most dramatic eruptions of the Vesuvius volcano in 79 A.D
Here too, an expert guide will walk you through the visit of one of the most important human heritages in the world.
After the visit, we continue our drive to reach NAPLES where we will spend the next 2 days.
Tonight we discover the secrets of the best pizza in the world made by those who invented it.

A little cruise across the Bay of Naples today to reach one of the most famous islands in the world: CAPRI where we will spend most of the day.
In the early evening we cruise back to NAPLES where another special dinner has been organized for you.

Today is our longest driving day. We are going north driving on the highway. Half way to Florence we have planned one of the most incredible stops of the whole tour: ASSISI  the town of the greatest saint of the catholic church: S. FRANCIS.

A visit to the city and to the places which recall the life of the great saint, no doubt, will be a great experience.
In the late afternoon we'll be entering FLORENCE where we will stay for the next 2 days.

We wake up today in one the most beautiful cities in the world, the cradle of The Renaissance.
Our city tour today with a local guide will take us to : Academy of fine arts (with the original Michelangelo's David), Signoria Square, the Florence cathedral, and The Old Bridge.
In the afternoon we drive to PISA to see another human heritage THE LEANING TOWER.
Tonight, a special dinner in the Chianti wine area.

Back on the road, direction north-east, to reach yet another incredible city:  VENICE
On our way, to add an extra dimension to the trip, we will be visiting one of the most famous symbols and brands of this country FERRARI SPORT CARS.
After a very interesting visit we are going to see the house-museum of another symbol of this land of champions: Luciano Pavarotti, one of the greatest ever tenors, born in the same city as Ferrari sport cars, MODENA.
By late afternoon, we reach Venice, the place where reality is far beyond any imagination. To add magic to magic, a GONDOLA RIDE after dinner.

A local guide will show you this fantastic city.

In the afternoon, visit to the island of BURANO

Burano is known for its small, brightly painted houses, popular with artists. The colours of the houses follow a specific system originating from the golden age of its development; if someone wishes to paint their home, one must send a request to the government, who will respond by making notice of the permitted colours.
Tonight after dinner we celebrate the end of the tour by charging our glasses and making a toast at Cafe' Florian in Saint. Mark's Square in Venice.

Your driver is now taking you to Venice airport and this is the end of your Tour.
